Organizing spaces will help old stale energy move out.?This stale energy has no movement or flow.

People often feel stuck and overwhelmed when they have clutter in their living space. It may look like mounting piles that seem to be growing on their own and out of control?or unusable space. ?The subconscious mind see’s this. The end result are these feelings. When this happens? you get stopped and feel the effects?from the “heavyness” of the space. All the stuff and whats in those areas are made of energy. So the more congested it is the more you feel?weighed down!?When decluttering or changing?the room layout?this action allows for greater energy flow.? An example is this; Have you ever walked into a space and felt your mood change? Yet in that same area, if you eliminate items that you don’t like or that don’t make you smile that will change your experience. Change is needed! When you move items? or furniture around in this area?and change the look of the room there is a new?result.?This creates a?new fresh feeling. ?Sometimes?people say?the room?feels lighter, they feel?happier or they experience?being in a?peaceful place.

When engaging in?the process of organizing, the first step involves letting go or purging?(taking things?literally out of the area).?Next, finding new homes for the particular?items that? remain. Then utilizing the space most efficiently?will further the openess and energy flow. When the energy flows better? your wellbeing is affected positively. Also feng shui* is another means for moving energy. But I am not focusing on that subject here.

The chore of keeping your living space organized is essential for your wellbeing. The more you stay on top of it the better you will feel and thrive.

*?Feng shui?is an ancient art and science developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure health and good fortune for people inhabiting it.
